Recognizing this, the Walmart CRM team needed to overcome data infrastructure challenges in order to unlock meaningful customer insights to help create a more positive customer experience and strengthen the customer relationship through post-purchase communications.

The Solution

Vigorate developed an automated post-purchase communication. The primary message is simple: “Thank you for your purchase,” while the secondary messaging reflects the customer’s behaviour highlighting complementary products based on a blend of their purchases and their online behavior. Products are featured in a personalized carousel with relevant products driving both up-sell/cross-sell while making a more poignant customer experience.
